What products do you accept with Re:Claimed Takeback?
At this time, we accept stainless steel MiiR products and their lids that fit in the Takeback mailer, up to 10 pounds in weight. Products from other brands are not eligible for this program. 

Why does the Takeback kit cost me $5?
We believe a little investment goes a long way and charge $5 for our Takeback kit to encourage follow through. As soon as we receive back your MiIR products, you receive a $20 online store credit. We are on this journey of responsibility together and do not financially benefit from this program. 

What happens to the products I send in with Takeback?
Upon receiving your MiiR products, we responsibly process them through US recycling programs not made available curbside to keep the materials in play and MiiR goods out of the landfill. We also offset the carbon associated with receiving and processing your Takeback kit.

When will I receive my $20 online store credit?
Generally, we will review and issue store credit via email within three business days of receiving and processing your Takeback mailer at our distribution center.  

My product isn’t worn out – but it’s not working as it should. What should I do?
If you've experienced an issue with your MiiR product that might fall under our manufacturer's warranty, please send an email to hello@miir.mom. We have a 100% guarantee against product issues and will be happy to send you a replacement if warranted.

Terms & Conditions

1. A $20 online store credit in the form of a discount code will be issued upon receipt and inspection of goods. We can only accept MiiR products at this time. For the safety of our staff, please do not send in products still containing food or beverage. Items from other brands are not eligible for this program. 
2. One Takeback kit per customer per year. 
3. Online store credit is eligible for 90 days from issuance. 
4. Program only eligible in the US, including Hawaii and Alaska. No international orders at this time. 
5. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
6. This offer has no cash value. $20 online store credit good for purchases at miir.mom only. No credit will be offered for the Takeback kit against future purchases.
7. MiiR reserves the right to withdraw, amend or end this promotion at any time. 
8. If a customer chooses not to use the coupon code, the original items will not be returned and no cash equivalent or future credit will be given for the value of the items.
